Last updated March 11, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Minberi Compass. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies or notices incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility and permitted use

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law.

You may use Compass for personal, professional, evaluative, and internal business decision-support purposes. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive scraping, harmful automation, competitive misuse, or interference with the service.

  • Do not overload, disrupt, probe, or attack the service
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security controls
  • Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content
  • Do not misrepresent Compass outputs as formal religious rulings, legal advice, or professional certification

Service description and boundaries

Minberi Compass is a structured decision-support product. It does not issue religious rulings and does not provide legal, tax, compliance, financial, investment, or employment advice.

Outputs are directional, scenario-dependent, and based on the information submitted by the user. You remain responsible for your own reliance decisions and for obtaining professional or scholarly advice where appropriate.

Accounts and future workspace features

The current MVP may allow use without an account. If or when accounts, workspaces, or persistent saved-history features are introduced, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are inactive, insecure, abusive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

Paid features and billing

Minberi Compass may introduce paid features, digital reports, result-storage packages, subscriptions, or workspace services. If paid features are offered, pricing, billing terms, and scope of what is included will be presented at the time of purchase and incorporated into these Terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details unless and to the extent that a future payment architecture explicitly requires it and the applicable policy states otherwise.

  • Fees are due as stated at checkout or in the applicable plan
  • Recurring charges, if any, will renew only as disclosed in the product or checkout flow
  • Taxes, duties, and similar charges may be added where required
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, digital-service fees may be non-refundable once access has been provided
  • Any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected

User content and evaluation inputs

You retain responsibility for the information you submit to the service, including evaluation descriptions, answers, notes, and future account content.

By submitting content to Compass, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, transmit, secure, and analyze that content for service operation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and product improvement consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The service, including its design, framework, interface, software, text, branding, graphics, exports, and underlying product logic, is owned by or licensed to Minberi Compass and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any right to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond the limited right to use it as permitted here.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features, storage limits, evaluator logic, exports, paid offerings, or account functionality.

We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature set, compatibility layer, or retention period unless explicitly stated in a separate paid plan or written agreement.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and suitability for any particular decision, role, investment, client, or business model.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minberi Compass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or, if you have not paid for the service, to a nominal amount permitted under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minberi Compass from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, users, legal compliance, or our rights.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, payment obligations, dispute terms, and recordkeeping.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Kosovo.
